Weekend Watch: Bitcoin Rebounds Above $56,000, Altcoins Also Rebound
It’s safe to say that the cryptocurrency market has been through a lot in the past few days, with prices dropping to their lowest levels since February.
It looks like the bulls are now attempting a comeback, or at least a slight recovery. Bitcoin Price Rises Above $56,000
At the time of writing, BTC is trading above $56,000, up about 4% in the past 24 hours.
The cryptocurrency had previously dropped to a 5-month low of $53,550, but the bulls were able to bounce back and recover from the lows to around $3,000.
Most altcoins are also attempting a recovery and have managed to bounce back from their recent lows.
Same with TON, DOGE, and PEPE.
Shiba Inu (SHIB) — the popular dog-themed meme coin — has managed to recover with a whopping 15% gain.
Large cryptocurrencies such as Ethereum, Binance Coin, Solana, Bitcoin Cash, MATIC, etc. have seen gains between 4.5% and 10%.
All in all, the market is clearly taking a breather, but it will be interesting to see if this situation will continue throughout the week or if another wave of selling will follow.
It is worth pointing out that many experts call the recent correction normal and remind that 30% drops were too frequent in past bull markets. #美国6月非农数据高于预期 #德国政府转移比特币 #ASI代币合并计划
