The upcoming Markets in Crypto Assets working order will impose strict regulatory requirements for stablecoin activity in the European Union, this could have a detrimental impact on the bloc's cryptocurrency sector, an analyst said. From next Monday onwards, stablecoin activity in the EU will have to comply with new requirements following the partial implementation of MiCA across the bloc.
