What is Bitcoin Halving?

Bitcoin Halving is a periodic event that takes place after every 210,000th Bitcoin block has been mined. 

It takes about 10 minutes to mine a single block on the Bitcoin blockchain.

Simple math: 210,000 blocks are mined approximately every four years.

Thus, Bitcoin halving occurs once every four years.

The term "Halving" in "Bitcoin Halving" means to reduce mining rewards by half.

It takes the network about 10 minutes to mine one block, and for now, the reward for mining is 6.25 Bitcoin.

But the rewards will be 3.125 Bitcoin per block after the upcoming halving.

How much Bitcoin can be mined in a day?

As of now, a total of 900 BTC is being mined every day. therefore after Halving only 450 BTC can be mined in a single day.

Calculation:

🟩It takes 10 minutes to mine 6.25 BTC.

🟩 It means that in an hour, 6 * 6.25 =37.5 BTC will be mined.

🟩 In 24 hours: 37.5 BTC * 24 = 900 BTC

How many days does it usually take BTC to reach a new ATH after halving? 
 
In 2013, BTC peaked 367 days after halving
 
In 2017, BTC peaked 525 days after halving
 
In 2021, BTC peaked 546 days after halving
 
The next halving is on April 20. 
 
If BTC follows the previous cycles, the peak would be around November 2025.

Everyone is talking about #cryptocrash just before the Bitcoin Halving, and people are starting to feel the heat, specially those who have recently bought.

There are 3 things you can do:

The one who are left with some investments, can see this as an opportunity to do DCA.

Incase you have no further plans for buying, you can just close the charts and wait for the marekt to pump again and see everyone talk about the #Bullrun2024

Lastly if you are too scared and have a feel that the marekt is going to zero, pack your bags and just leave. Take all the losses without giving adequate time in the market to give you profits.

I will just say this one last time: The Asset Managers are buying in BTC the smart investors are getting into Alts, I am holding my bag of Crypto's during this time. We either go to zero or fulfil our dreams.

Also it is not awkward to see red candles on our way up, it is just the way it is in the Crypto Market. You will not see all green candles in a year, but if we see more green candles than the red candles. We call it a day and that is why we are here for.

I love the dips in the market, but taking advantage of the dips is something we forget all the time.

I am going to buy the tokens in my fav category in every dip. AI, Gaming, RWA and Depin.
