Guild's uniqueness lies in its Roles in the Guild Model of Requirements Roles and Rewards. Roles enable communities to create portable memberships and social structures around off- and onchain actions across apps.

They go beyond simply granting rewards for completing actions. Rather, Roles turn individuals into a collective, allowing community managers to identify and activate different sub-groups based on their onchain actions, interests and internet history.
