Why Is #Bitcoin    Dumping? 1) Iran-Israel War Situation Just a few minutes ago, the former Mossad intelligence chief said that they could strike Iran nuclear facilities. This is a massive statement and could even lead to the WWIII situation. This is causing panic in the market, which is dumping BTC and crypto. 2) Powell turning hawkish Yesterday, Powell said that they're still not very confident about inflation and could keep the interest rates for longer. The market was anticipating a rate cut in June, but now there's even a 1% probability of a rate hike. 3) Retail greed Retail has become too greedy and longing every every dip with high leverage. Despite recent corrections, the funding rate was still positive, which shows that the market is still greedy. What Will Be The Impact of War On #Bitcoin    And Crypto market ? Whenever you don't know what could happen in the future, look in the past, and you'll get your answers. I was in the crypto space back in March 2020 when Bitcoin crashed 55% in a day. A lot of altcoins dropped 60%–70%, and it seemed like the end of the world. I can remember a lot of influential people even saying that it's the end of crypto, as $BTC will not stop until it hits zero. And guess what happened? BTC bounced back from $3400, and within 45 days, it was trading at the same price from where it crashed. Just one year after March 2020, BTC made a new ATH of $60k, which is a staggering 2000% gain in just one year. I don't know how big this war will be, but I'm sure it'll be nowhere near the fear level and crash of March 2020. The market could go down for a bit, but it'll recover quickly. Remember that asset managers with over $10T in AUM are betting on crypto. These cartels have just one job, and that is to steal your crypto at cheap You can't fight them, but you can surely stop yourself from panicking. My advice would be to buy in spot, DCA in when there's a dip, avoid leverage trading, and wait for a year to see results.
