BTC is now trading at 64k, is it time to buy the dip? Let's take a look at the chart😎. Although a red candle has fallen, the BTC daily chart is looking bullish. Recently, a bullish falling wedge has formed and candles are moving within it. If you'd like to trade BTC, the best position is long, and the best entry is around 64,700-65,000. Somewhere near it is also a good entry, but if you can get it lower, then it's better. The daily KDJ stochastic oscillator remains bullish, suggesting that price may bounce back to the 71k zone, and possibly go beyond it. A bullish inverted Head and Shoulders has long been formed, although the recent drop has invalidated the pattern, it can still play out once price goes back to 71k. Inverted H&S target is 84k. A follower has requested me to chart eth. So here goes👇 Long term forecast Eth is forming a bullflag in the weekly chart. And weekly KDJ oscillator suggested a possible drop to the bottom of the flag which is 2850 in the comming weeks. The same oscillator likewise suggested a flag breakout of 3800 or even more. For now, theres no way to tell which will go first, but one thing is for sure, be warned of high volatility. If you'd like to trade eth, the best entry is 2850 or somewhere close to it. Short term forecast In the 4H chart, a double bottom has formed. However, although the neckline was broken, candles have slide down. Perhaps price action will form an inverted H&S or a tripple bottom which is bullish. Even the short term forecast is suggesting volatility. Hence, trade in spot only. I've read someone wrote that whales are currently creating a false impression of a bull run in the market. Does he have basis to say those powerful words? Let's ponder on the thought 🤔 To make it simple, he is saying that the current rally is a bull trap. Meaning this rally is staged by the whales to trick the bulls, and consequently, liquidate their long position. So, do they have basis to believe that the current rally is indeed a bull trap? I say negative. The daily KDJ oscillator has detected FOMO or panic buying at the 71k zone. What does this mean? This means that whales and several retail investors are buying at 71k. This recorded a huge quantity of buy inflows. With this data in mind, common sense will tell you that these whales and retail investors will never sell at a loss. So they say bitcoin must close below 42k this month in order to rise higher and create a new ATH. Let's annalize the risk involved in this statement... The ultimate question is, will BTC fall to the 42k zone? Honestly, if you're going to check the chart, the only bearish signal you can find is the double top in the daily chart. However this pattern might have been exhausted when BTC after a quick dive, smoothly bounced back to the 66k zone. More over the recent daily KDJ stochastic oscillator suggested that the recent sell off is not that bad. Yup, the sell volume may not be good enough to bring the price lower. It seems like, someone might have just market sell a few of his BTC stack. So to answer the question, No 42k is not a BTC target if you check the chart. So for the mean time, buy the dip!
