Is xrp forming a bear pennant here?

BULLISH SCENARIO

The April 13th wick low was the bottom and xrp is now working on expansion to the upside, take out the ribbon as resistance and the March 11th pivot high at 0.7440 and it could take-off.

BEARISH SCENARIO

Resistance of the daily ribbon confirmed. If we see the breakdown, I think we will see it tag the 0.40c zone at a minimum.
