👾 Ministerul Justiției a cerut 3 ani de închisoare, protecție - arest la domiciliu și probațiune.

👾 Judecătorul Richard Jones nu a fost de acord cu solicitarea Ministerului Justiției de majorare a pedepsei de la 18 luni la 3 ani, întrucât nu există dovezi că inculpatul ar fi știut despre activități ilegale.

👾 Avocatul Ministerului Justiției a sugerat că instanța ar putea trage o concluzie rezonabilă cu privire la cunoașterea de către CZ a activităților ilegale, făcând paralele cu cazul precedent în care judecătorul a făcut concluzii similare.

👾 Judecătorul Jones a remarcat că precedentul juridic este neclar, ceea ce face dificilă elaborarea unei poziții finale asupra cazului.

👾 Judecătorul sugerează o pedeapsă cu închisoare de la 10 la 16 luni și eliberare sub supraveghere pentru 1-3 ani. Înainte de a lua o decizie finală, va audia de la reprezentanți ai Ministerului Justiției, Apărării și CZ
