WHAT IF $ETH GETS CLASSIFIED AS SECURITY? 🤔🚨👇 The SEC's potential classification of Ethereum as a security is rising a significant uncertainty around ETH Holders. This event could massively affect the entire crypto market as ether is the second biggest asset by market cap (421.1 billion). For who doesn't know, in order to classify an asset as a security, it has to pass the Howey Test. This is a legal standard (made by SEC) that decides if an asset where you invested in, counts as a security. If it does, then people must follow special rules about how it should be sold and traded. SO, IF ETH gets classified as security, I see 3 main consequences in the short/medium term: 1) 23 May Ether's ETF Approval may gets rejected and that will slow down the adoption of this asset. 2) The crypto exchanges will have to figure out a solution to comply with securities regulations. If no deal, then U.S exchanges will have to delist ether 3) Thanks to the uncertainty regarding a potential deal, decentralized exchanges may get massively adopted. $DOGE UNSTOPPABLE! 🔥 How & What's Next? 👇 Since March 24th, Dogecoin's price increased by 80% and that's not all! Recent days, after the correction, DOGE again recovered by 23% and now looking to break through R1 (0.207 to 210). This rise has been firstly influenced by the involvement of new whales.
