- What’s more, the SEC only sought minor changes to the relevant forms, rather than a complete overhaul.
“The issuers are being asked to update their 19b4s. The updates are relatively light”
- Only an hour ago, Fidelity, one of the potential issuers, filed an updated S-1 form with the SEC.
