**Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang Receives 60% Pay Raise as Company Soars to $2.28 Trillion Valuation**

Nvidia, under the leadership of CEO Jensen Huang, has transformed into a $2.28 trillion AI powerhouse, becoming the third largest company globally, just behind Apple and Microsoft. This success hasn't gone unnoticed, as Huang's compensation has been boosted by 60%, bringing his total earnings to $34.2 million for the fiscal year from February to January, according to the company's annual proxy filing.

Huang's new compensation package includes a $26.7 million stock award, a $4 million cash bonus, and $2.5 million for additional expenses such as home security, a car, and a driver. This is a significant increase from his previous year's earnings of $21.3 million. The surge in Nvidia's share price has also elevated Huang's personal fortune. Owning 3.79% of Nvidia, his wealth has climbed to $80.5 billion, making him the 18th richest person in the world, up from 21st place earlier this year.

Nvidia's remarkable growth is largely driven by the booming demand for its AI chips, solidifying Huang's position as a key figure in the tech industry.
