According to Odaily, the ApeCoin community has initiated a proposal known as The BANANA Bill. The proposal aims to allocate 100 million APE tokens for incentivizing the Apechain ecosystem.
The plan outlines that 73 million APE tokens will be used for a 'Business Protocol Plan'. This plan is designed to encourage developers to build infrastructure, games, DeFi, and other applications on the Apechain platform.
In addition, 23 million APE tokens will be allocated for a 'User Incentive Plan'. Furthermore, an annual administrative budget of 2 million APE tokens will also be set aside. This proposal is a significant step towards fostering growth and innovation within the Apechain ecosystem.
