According to PANews, an anonymous individual has reportedly offered a bribe of $12,000 to witch hunter @SybilHorror6. The bribe was proposed to alter a report published on platform X, specifically to remove information about a total of 172 wallet addresses spread across three clusters. The offer was made following the public release of the report by @SybilHorror6 on the same platform.
In response to this, Bryan Pellegrino, CEO of LayerZero, also on platform X, strongly advised against any modifications to the report. He emphasized that the LayerZero team has original records from GitHub and Commonwealth. Any edits or deletions of the clusters could potentially jeopardize the entire bounty. Pellegrino's statement underscores the importance of maintaining the integrity of such reports, especially in the face of potential bribery attempts.
