These mini-programs, including Notcoin, can be used without installation and can be purchased within applications on both Android and iOS platforms. Developers can extract Stars through TON using Fragment and use Stars to further promote their applications on Telegram under preferential conditions.
When users purchase Stars from Apple and Google, a 30% service fee will be deducted. However, Telegram will subsidize advertisements purchased using Telegram Stars. This move by Telegram is seen as a way to encourage more developers to use their platform and promote their applications.
