Well the answer is absolutely no! as BTC is absolutely decentralised and no one is controlling and no one can but saying that on the record, there could be price manipulation but they can't control the volume both for long , it could happen for very short time because as said it's decentralised 🎯 I'm finishing up saying that it's just the beginning and BITCOIN will rule this world 🌍
