Isn't it already fully invested? Where's the money to increase the position? There's a method called: spot leverage, and there's a similar one for contracts called coin-margin contract leverage, Binance is very user-friendly.

Both of these allow you to use your current spot ETH (or BTC) as collateral to move into leverage or coin-margin contracts, and then purchase more ETH. For every 100 drop in ETH, I add 1 million U.

Please do not exceed 2x leverage, safety first.
