Why only buy 1%?
Three reasons:
1️⃣ I do not want my operational decisions to affect a target.
If I am optimistic about a certain project and buy in large quantities at low prices, it may influence the plans of the main investor, the upper limit of this target, and in the future, if I take profits, it will affect the interests of general token holders.
2️⃣ Diversify risk
If my position is too concentrated, there will be corresponding risks. For example, the tetsuo I hold has not performed well, only increasing by 50 points.
But that's okay, there are swarms, ava, kra, and others that have increased by 10 times.
3️⃣ Too little is meaningless; hold as much as you can handle
If the position is too small, whether a target rises or falls has little impact on the position. If I hold too much and cannot make a corresponding contribution, it negatively affects the entire target.
For example, for a certain target, some people build a large position at low prices but do not contribute, essentially wasting a good target.
