ORDI
Is it a pawn, a discarded piece, or just a piece on the board?
Around this time last year, the craze for inscriptions was in full swing, and ORDI, with its magical power, became the key to financial freedom for many. I was also one of the beneficiaries, thus holding a strong belief in ORDI and BRC20.
However, this year the entire inscription market is sluggish, and ORDI has quickly become a discarded piece, a target in the eyes of those 'bad players'. Its market value has been surpassed by SATS, PAI, and others, and its original brilliance has been drowned out by public criticism, gradually fading away. BN has also delisted the inscriptions, which is like a blow to the head.
The once 'awesome labels'—fair launch, decentralization, anti-VC, small coins in the crypto space—have become increasingly distant. Its value was once waiting to be discovered but has never truly been seen.
Now, it seems that with the arrival of a bull market, ORDI is like a piece on the board, starting to attract new followers. Its voice is getting louder, and the application scenarios are constantly expanding, but the actual implementation efficiency remains sluggish. This also determines its upper limit. Although it is certain that it will reach new heights in this bull market, I no longer have that strong belief from the past.
Seeing 300 or 500, I might not see it at all. And after this wave of new highs, I will decisively take action without hesitation.
After all, there are no uncontrollable markets, nor are there truly decentralized coins. After being a 'leek' for so long, I might end up being deceived myself.
