新的一周开始，首先本周行情得好好聊聊，这周是3月19日日本议息会和3月20日凌晨3点美联储议息会的前一周，主力肯定会收敛动作，盘面肯定开始缩量震荡，估计得憋着劲儿等到会议前后来个上下扎针。
而且这周三到周五晚上还有信息面刺激，周三20:30：美国2月CPI数据，周四21:30：美国2月核心PPI，周五21:30：1年通胀预期初值。
川普强硬且反复无常的关税政策是市场始料未及的，而市场最讨厌的就是不确定性，更何况它背后可能带来的通胀反弹与经济放缓，于是哐哐就是一顿跌，到后面就是川普说推迟关税都不起作用了，直到周五鲍威尔说“经济还算稳健的”，美股才稍稍止跌。
但他也提了，在川普政策影响进一步明晰前不急于降息市场也在担心是否就此进熊了，但今年大概率会结束QT，也大概率会继续降息，也就是在流动性逐渐转宽松的情况下进熊也是少有。

时间不够 跌幅不够 因为每一轮下去比特币至少会跌百分之70以上 并且去上一轮的高点左右才算完成一轮大洗盘，如果11万就结束了，跌到6万跌幅不够 ，完成不了大洗盘。

3.将美国定位为ZF数字资产战略的领导者。消息发完，市场还是交易了买消息卖事实，应声下跌，比特币从9.1W跌到了8.4W，市场的预期是如果战略储备通过，那么美政府可能会持续在二级买买买，这个预期当下短期看是落空的，即不及预期。
从一系列的动作来看，川普上台，可以用一个字来形容，那就是“省”字当头，武器我不捐了，大量花钱的地方缩减了，战略储备我也兑现了但是不会额外花钱买，所以处处是省钱策略，如果持续省钱，持续贸易战，对美股显然是不利的。
