Propy is a blockchain-based real estate offer management and transaction platform that allows buyers, sellers, deal partners, and agents to close real estate transactions online.  

According to Propy, the company leverages blockchain technology to purportedly facilitate the electronic transfer and recording of real estate, given that rules for property deed registration and transfers vary from place to place. Propy claims it provides an international solution to help real estate investors close on property with their platform. The $PRO token powers the Propy platform. PRO is the native ERC-20 token of the Propy platform. PRO enables the necessary and mandatory steps for property acquisition in the Propy Registry, consisting primarily of executing deed contracts and title contracts, which are required to transfer title and record title changes. Propy charges a "registration fee" for using PRO to make payments to record these changes on the blockchain.
 Propy generates a property's purchase and sale agreement automatically and verifies ownership through a third party. All participants electronically sign the offer. Once all parties have signed, the purchase agreement is encrypted and recorded on the blockchain.

Additionally, Propy generates a unique hash for each transaction recorded on the Ethereum blockchain. However, the blockchain record is only used for document validation and contains no personal information. The live price of PRO is available and updated in real-time on Binance.
