Lately, I've read many articles criticizing tokenomics where initial token generation events (TGEs) have very low initial supplies but high total supplies. This setup results in low market caps but very high fully-diluted valuations (FDVs).
Last night, I backtested over 20 altcoins from the 2017-2018 cycle to the 2020-2021 cycle to compare with the current one. Interestingly, I found that previous cycles faced similar situations.
In 2017-2018, FDVs ranged from hundreds of thousands to a few million. In 2020-2021, they jumped to tens of millions to hundreds of millions. Currently, top-tier altcoins are being valued in the billions.
Are they overvalued? 👉 Yes. That's the game; if you accept it, you can participate. Alternatively, you could seek coins where all tokens have already been released. (However, based on my backtest, these often underperform significantly during bull runs.)

According to CoinMarketCap, it takes about 1 million USD to decrease $AVAX by 2%. In reality, 54.2 million USD only reduced the price of $AVAX by about 10%.

▫️The 58.9k bottom has been swept, so the next liquidity draw level could be at 74k. Therefore, I'd only look for Long positions up to 74k.

If the red plan plays out, meaning $BTC creates a fake breakout and returns to range trading, then there's a high chance of $BTC dropping to 50k => making an altcoin season unlikely!

▪️First is the weekly candlestick chart: After 4 consecutive weeks of decline, entering the 5th week, $BTC continued to drop from 63k to 57k, making everyone anticipate 50k, but by the end of the week, $BTC staged a strong recovery and closed the week with a bullish pinbar.
▪️Moving on to the daily candlestick chart: Wednesday saw significant selling volume, but thereafter, $BTC couldn't drop further and reversed to rise, especially with a strong upward candle on the 6th day.
👉 $BTC successfully trapped the bearish camp by breaking down below the 59k level. It also swept the stop losses of the Long camp.

TAO is building a very serious AI and blockchain network, and I'm still observing and patiently waiting to accumulate more!

The most certain conclusions drawn from the two Halving events are:

2️⃣ BTC will continue its strong upward trend and reach its peak within approximately 5xx days thereafter.
