SEC has finally removed Solana (SOL) from the list of assets previously classified as securities! That's a massive new for SOL's holders! In fact, new investment options like a Solana ETF are now more likely to happen! However, this decision alone does not guarantee that a Solana ETF will be launched! There are still several key steps and conditions that must typically be met. For example an adequate market infrastructure that includes price indices, proper custody solutions and enough liquidity providers!
Overall I personally see this new as a positive development for Solana because it provides regulatory clarity which could attract further investors (e.g. institutions)!
