How can I recover my keys?

Long story short, I found an old address from 2014-2015 that I used that has over 80 eth

Life changing money right.$SOL $AVAX

But I have no clue how to recover this. I remember I wrote down the words to some notebook which was thrown away when I moved between rentals.

Is there anything else I can do? If I recall 1 word from the 12 word phrase, would it help to guess ?
