The Axiom 3 Mission, slated for launch from the Kennedy Space Center, boasts a diverse crew featuring Turkey's Alper Gezeravcı alongside astronauts from Spain, Italy, and Sweden. Minister Kacır introduced the mission emblem, a symbol rich with meaning, incorporating the Turkish flag, the eight-pointed Seljuk star, and stars representing the nation's 16 states. The emblem, unveiled in honor of the Republic's centenary, underlines the unity of Turkish states.

Gezeravcı himself provided insights into the mission emblem through a video shared on social media. During the 14-day stay at the International Space Station, he is set to conduct 13 diverse scientific experiments. Notably, one experiment is the brainchild of students from Muş Science and Art Center, spanning fields like biology, medicine, material science, and genetics.
