According to PANews, CleanSpark, the third-largest publicly listed Bitcoin mining company in the United States, has announced the acquisition of five Bitcoin mines in Georgia for a cash consideration of $25.8 million. The total power of these mines reaches 60 megawatts (MW). The scale of the five mines acquired ranges from 8MW to 15MW, with the cost per MW being approximately $430,000.

CleanSpark plans to deploy its previously ordered Antminer S21 Pro mining machines at these mines. It is expected that after full installation, an additional 3.7 EH/s of computing power will be added. As of May, CleanSpark had achieved about 17 EH/s of computing power and was operating approximately 300MW of mines in Georgia.
