🤔 Why I Cannot Buy Bitcoin Now.🤫
Bitcoin has unarguably outperformed every other asset class over the years and institutional investors are falling over themselves trying to gain exposure into bitcoin; nevertheless I cannot buy bitcoin or see it as an investment option for the following reasons:
✖️ Bitcoin is more of a store of value, than an investment vehicle or means of exchange.
✖️ Bitcoin has no real value; rather its value is based on pure sentiment and market moves of whales.
✖️ Bitcoin has a very low capacity to handle transactions at 7 transactions per second (TPS).
✖️ Bitcoin naturally cannot support mass adoption of crypto because it is incapable of handling micro-transactions due to the high cost of transacting on the network.
In my opinion, other blockchains such as bitcoin cash, solana, polygon, Avalanche, etc have real value and are more attractive investment options than bitcoin.
