The LCX Terminal is a trading software that facilitates the management of assets across multiple Bitcoin exchanges. LCX Terminal is integrated into the LCX Exchange platform. The LCX DeFi Terminal is a decentralized finance aggregator layered atop the UniSwap decentralized exchange on the Ethereum blockchain. LCX reportedly developed a second layer protocol to run with “Fire Salamander,” which the DeFi Terminal is also known as. The layer-2 protocol purportedly enables users to place limit orders on UniSwap.
In 2020 LCX was documented to have been granted regulatory approval to begin offering cryptocurrency and blockchain services which give the network clearance to implement tokenization and other services for corporate and enterprise clients. LCX STO is a launchpad developed to provide companies with capabilities said to enable the tokenization of assets and also the fully compliant, secure launch of security tokens in the blockchain environment.
LCX was founded in 2018 by Monty C. M. Metzger, a serial entrepreneur. Since launching, LCX has opened satellite offices in Switzerland, India and the USA.
