Today Bitcoin, Gold, and the stock market pumped up in reaction to the U.S. CPI data. What price action will follow in the next few days and weeks? 

We need to take a look at charts to see the clear picture. Bitcoin is still inside this major rectangular range, last 2 signals were successful, and we are preparing the next signal on Bitcoin.

On the chart, we can see the yellow trendline that was broken yesterday, and the price is currently retesting the dynamic resistance of it. That is, from a technical perspective, still bearish. Yesterday, the price created a FVGAP and the price returned to fill it, which is completely ok, nothing special, but the price created a new FVGAP, which is short-term bearish.

Next, we need to look at the previous downtrend wave (72,000 to 66,000) that happened in recent days. The structure is clearly an ABC corrective structure, which is generally bullish. It can be the end of the correction, but it can also turn into a complex WXY corrective structure (double ABC). 

Right now, we need to wait for more data and market development to enter a long/short position on BTC. But in the short term, we should fill out the new FVGAP and return to 68100.

Bitcoin technical analysis - the price of Bitcoin is currently at a very critical point. We have this important yellow trendline, and the price is nearing its support. If the trendline breaks = 66,400, then 62,452.  I think we will break down to the next support and then to the 0.618 FIB. This fibonacci level is an extremely strong support, and here we can definitely buy/long Bitcoin. Right now, I am bearish, and I don't think we will go up.
