$IO has knocked twice at 2.5 resistance, each knock after around 24h, but failed. The third knock (happening somewhere around 10-14 hrs from now) will be decisive.
My analysis says that the knocking pattern shows a breakout to its next major resistance level of 3.9-4.1. However, lots of energy would be consumed to get the push.
If the kick fails, the token will gain energy while sitting at 2.1-2.5 level for next several days.
So In a nutshell, it seems a roller coaster ride for IO until the next major breakout by end August.

Major resistance at 2.47 is a critical point. But since the token has power and potential, do not think that it would be shooting like star. My End of Year prediction is of 7.23. On the flip side, if the token is not taken care of and small traders lost faith, the token can touch the whooping 1.78 benchmark, however, I see less than 10% chances of same.

The coin is steadily reaching its next Support level of 3.7, but this level is vague. Next to it stands 3.9. And of it manages to hammer through 4.0, the next stop would be near 5.6.
On the flip side, if BTC movement goes barish, my estimates are that IO would hold around 3.5.
As I have said earlier, the coin has potential. Its support base is better than many, but one has to watch out for internal politics of IO.Net which would greatly affect its performance.
