#NOTCOIN recovery into my Telegram Wallet

I have a Telegram Wallet and I transferred 22969 NOT + 100 NOT transaction fee to here in Binance on 02-June, but by my mistake I enter wrong MEMO/TAG. Although I entered my Binance #NOTCOIN address correctly, the fund was not reflected into my assets because of that wrong MEMO/TAG.
I made an appeal to Binance to return my #NOTCOIN ,
then Binance has returned #NOTCOIN to my Telegram wallet.

The problem is, until now it is not credited back.
I've noticed that Telegram Wallet

My #NOTCOIN to be refunded is stuck there and not redirecting to my own wallet address.

I wrote to Telegram Wallet Support Team on 04-June, they replied back 07-June, saying, they sent my request to their specialist. Please wait.

I just woke up this morning and I got shocked from what I've saw, #NOTCOIN plummeted as low as 0.015898. I've lost a hefty amount of money on this event. I bought #NOTCOIN when the price was 0.026, hoping that the trend would go upward continually. But what happening now is on reverse, it going downward, now got nosedive to 0.015 level.

But still I am holding my #NOTCOIN Keeping the faith for this project. Hoping that one day, it will rise again. $NOT
