In order to comply with the new Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulations coming into effect in the European Economic Area (EEA) on June 30, 2024,
Binance is restricting certain services for European users. These restrictions include:
❌️Unauthorized stablecoins: Binance will limit access to stablecoins that are not deemed compliant with MiCA regulations.
This means users won't be able to purchase new holdings of these stablecoins, and some services like margin trading and lending using unauthorized stablecoins will be blocked.
❌️Launchpad & Launchpool: These features, which allow users to participate in new token offerings, will be restricted for European users.
❌️Copy trading: This feature, which allows users to copy the trades of other users, will also be discontinued for European users.
