1. Go to app.parcl.co (Don't forget to use the "bolderist" code for a sweet 5% bonus!)
2. Provide liquidity ( For ex : If you deposit $1000 in Parcl, you will receive 5000 points daily. Opening a trade of $200 will earn you 500 points daily)
Now the real alpha :
Navigate to the main page and locate "active markets." Click on "view all" under trending markets.
You'll find approximately four markets to choose from. Look for one with a 1-day funding rate of at least 0.08%.
A positive rate indicates that long positions pay shorts, while a negative rate means shorts pay longs. The adjacent number represents velocity; a positive value suggests a market skewed towards long positions, and vice versa.
In this instance, the funding rate is negative, indicating that shorts are paying longs, and the velocity is +0.037, suggesting a shift towards positive skew.
Thus, it's advantageous to take a long position here since shorts will be compensating us.
Even if the price declines, the funding rate typically offsets approximately 50% of the potential loss, which amounts to a maximum of around $10, considering the sluggish price movement.
