I bought #NOTUSDT🚨 at lower rate, it increases in value I was happy. It later decrease now I’m sad. What am I ?

I have an issue with one of my wallet which I tried to send some coin from it to another since on the 20th of September but it’s stuck on review I had reached out to customer care but nothing as been done pls anyone knows what I can do about it or has had such issue in the past and can tell me what could be the problem.
