The market has made it's move, it's done the impulse.
Don't get yourself chopped either trying to recoup losses, or from convincing yourself you need to act immediately to seize opportunity (in either direction.)
The LTF ranges that develop after these moves are often awkward, early positioners with tight stops get punished and the market just frustrates both sides before establishing itself with either continuation or reversal.
Enjoy some time off, yesterday was a nasty one, take some time to let the market do it's thing without the fear that you need to be positioned right now.
And if you did take losses, have the confidence in knowing that during these patches isn't where you make your money back, it's actually just where you lose more.
