Just an idea like that.
For LUNC total supply is 6,795 billion so we need to burn LUNC because supply is too big. But for USTC, the offer is only 8.95 billion. At its peak, USTC had a valuation of over 17 billion, so we are now burning tokens that we will have to recreate in the future. Couldn't we just create a contract where everyone locks their tokens up to repeg, and once this is achieved, the tokens are gradually unlocked by government as the network grows. Everyone would keep their USTCs and the promise of a x50 (at current rates) would spur many investors to lock their USTCs, generating a faster surge to $1 than today. What do you think abut this?
