GOLD/USD ANALYSIS.
In the near term, the gold price has been stuck within a descending trend channel since mid-April. The modest bearish stance is confirmed by the 14-day Relative Strength Index (RSI), which holds below the 50 midline.
The $2,300K psychological round figure will be the first downside target for gold. Any follow-through selling below this level will expose the lower limit of a descending trend channel at $2,196K. A bearish breakout of the mentioned level will pave the way to trade into institutional reference of $20K to $19K mark to pick the remaining buying order before going bullish again.
I'm going to buy back if goes as predicted above 😊

#BTCUSD has broken the falling wedge, but this may likely be a fake out breaker. Taken out $67K which I see as a key zone will confirm the up move. However failing to take out $67K it may likely turn bearish to fill up some imbalances and to as well grab the remaining liquidity at demand zone. But then it's awaiting GAME 😊

The SEC's concern centers around whether the cryptocurrencies offered by RHC qualify as securities. Robinhood strongly disagrees with this classification and is prepared to fight the SEC in court if necessary.
This situation isn't entirely unexpected. Robinhood has been proactively seeking clear regulations from the SEC for some time, even attempting to register as a special type of broker-dealer to comply with potential future rules.
Furthermore, Robinhood has already taken steps to appease the SEC. They've removed certain tokens from their platform and avoided offering services like crypto lending and staking, both of which the SEC has previously targeted on other platforms.
The SEC, however, isn't satisfied. They argue that Robinhood is still disseminating information about cryptocurrencies in a way that falls under their disclosure rules. Robinhood wants clarity, while the SEC pushes for stricter rules.

For LUNC total supply is 6,795 billion so we need to burn LUNC because supply is too big. But for USTC, the offer is only 8.95 billion. At its peak, USTC had a valuation of over 17 billion, so we are now burning tokens that we will have to recreate in the future. Couldn't we just create a contract where everyone locks their tokens up to repeg, and once this is achieved, the tokens are gradually unlocked by government as the network grows. Everyone would keep their USTCs and the promise of a x50 (at current rates) would spur many investors to lock their USTCs, generating a faster surge to $1 than today. What do you think abut this?
