Hey there! Just got some interesting news from BlockBeats about Bitcoin futures contracts. Apparently, as of December 21st, the total open position for all Bitcoin futures across the entire network was a whopping 627,450 BTC or about $61.2 billion, according to Coinglass data. That’s quite a lot of digital dough!
Out of all these contracts, the CME Bitcoin contract had the highest open position with 202,500 BTC ($19.71 billion) worth. Coming in at a close second was Binance’s open interest in their Bitcoin contracts at 121,850 BTC ($11.89 billion). So, it seems like the cryptocurrency market is still going strong despite recent fluctuations.
