Ethereum is working on a new update called Pectra, which will make the platform faster and cheaper to use. To test this update before it’s released, they created a special “sandbox” called Mekong Testnet. This allows developers to check the new features and make any necessary changes. This update should make Ethereum more competitive with newer platforms, and it could also lead to an increase in the price of Ethereum’s currency, ETH.
Some experts believe that ETH could reach $3,500 in the coming months.
