智谱是港股2513.HK，今年1月发行价116.2港元，6月一度冲到2980港元。半年不到涨了20多倍，靠的是模型升级、纯大模型标的稀缺，还有资金对国产AI的追捧。
基本面确实有进展，2025年营收7.24亿元，同比增长132%；API和企业智能体收入占比接近一半，说明公司开始从卖项目，转向按Token和任务收费。
但账也很重，全年研发投入31.8亿元，约是营收的4.4倍，经调整亏损同样达到31.8亿元。模型越强，算力、人才和研发成本也越高。
智谱值得长期看，现价不适合追。
后面只盯三项：API收入、Agent付费和亏损收窄。股价已经把很多未来提前算进去了，财报稍不及预期，回撤也会很快。
