To determine Altcoin Season, the market must meet at least 3 important conditions:
1. Interest rates must be below 3%
• When interest rates drop below 3%, cheaper money will flow strongly into the cryptocurrency market, especially altcoins.
• If interest rates remain high, capital will be drawn into assets with more stable yields (bonds, deposits, securities…).
2. The Fear & Greed Index must be below 36 in Q1/2025
• A low fear index (below 36) indicates that market sentiment is in a state of anxiety or panic.
• At that point, smart money may start accumulating, laying the groundwork for a strong price increase of Altcoins.
• If this index has not dropped below 36, the market cannot be confirmed as qualified to enter Altcoin Season.
3. The Altcoin Month Index must average below 10 in Q1 & Q2/2025
• An Altcoin Month Index < 10 means that altcoins have not had waves, and money has not flowed in strongly.
• If this index remains low for two consecutive quarters, the likelihood of an Altcoin Season appearing will be higher when market conditions change.

Important Note:
