According to Foresight News, Binance announced that its local exchange Binance FZE in Dubai has obtained a virtual asset service provider (VASP) license issued by the Dubai Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority (VARA). The accounts of UAE residents will be transferred from the Binance global exchange to the Binance FZE exchange regulated by VARA.
