WIF has started to rebound now. Is it accumulating funds again?

Or is it in a rebound stage of distribution? How to identify and follow up? How to intervene in long and short positions?

In the price range of 1.4-1.5, the daily 4-hour level is all oversold and breaks the channel, and the oversold volume is also enlarged, but it cannot be confirmed that it is accumulating funds again. If it is accumulating funds again, it will have to wait until the end of July to the beginning of August. Therefore, from the perspective of accumulating funds again, if there is an upward trend, it is far from the position where intervention is needed.

Why is it the end of July to the beginning of August?

According to Wyckoff's causal principle, the WIF accumulation stage we can see above is about 40 days, so if WIF is going to re-accumulate funds now, the time is the end of July to the beginning of August. If you want to make an upward trend order, we only need to track the trend of WIF before the oversold around the end of July. It cannot be regarded as panic selling for the time being. It looks more like the breaking state of a weak signal. We must wait for the trend of the next few Ks to confirm the state on the left.

Then we need to confirm the following:

1. Whether the volume of the natural rebound can be similar to the volume of the previous falling wave.  

2. Whether the amplitude of the natural rebound can create the largest rebound in a falling wave.  

3. There must be a successful bottom second test, the position of 1.4, which cannot be broken. The best is the pin with reduced volume (indicating that the supply has consumed a lot of the decline after the rebound)) The second point is the pin with volume (large supply, but also large demand).  

Only by confirming the above three points can it be said that WIF may be absorbing funds again, otherwise it will be regarded as a distribution of the ice line after breaking the ice.
