According to ChainCatcher, chain detective ZachXBT said on the X platform that @pokerbrat2019 (Robert Robb) has admitted to his MEV robot investment fraud scheme and now faces up to 20 years in prison.
Earlier in March, ZachXBT disclosed that Robert Robb was arrested in Las Vegas. ZachXBT posted a post in December 2023, detailing how the suspect stole more than $1.2 million from 11 individuals and exposing his previous history of fraud. It was discovered that after receiving the funds in his Coinbase account, he immediately spent investors' funds on professional sports tickets, expensive cars, and luxurious travel.
