Those providing crypto asset services will have to apply for permission within one month from the date of entry into force of the law or will have to declare that they will take a liquidation decision within three months while protecting customer rights.
Crypto asset service providers located abroad will terminate their activities in Turkey within three months from the date of entry into force of the law.
