PANews reported on June 23 that the NFT project "Fat Penguin" Pudgy Penguins and its NFT licensing platform OverpassIP jointly established the parent company Igloo. The purpose of Igloo Inc was to create an end-to-end ecosystem for new entrants into the crypto space without diluting equity. Igloo is building a Web3 mainstream IP ecosystem and infrastructure to support on-chain brand building and consumer engagement.
