Wu said that according to the announcement of the New Jersey Attorney's Office, four Vietnamese citizens were charged for participating in attacks on American companies that resulted in losses of more than $71 million. The four were from the international cybercrime group FIN9, who stole employee and customer information by stealing company access rights and pretending to be individuals to register accounts and transfer assets on crypto exchanges. Once convicted, the four will face 5 to 20 years in prison for multiple charges.
