BlackRock, VanEck revised their S-1 filings and refiled them with the SEC, 21Shares and Grayscale also refiled their S-1 filings, Fidelity and Bitwise completed them previously.
Everything is ready, the 19b-4 application was approved in May and now we are just waiting for the SEC to approve the S-1 application before we can start trading. Many people are predicting that the SEC may approve it in early July.
