Fidelity has updated its S-1 filing for its Ethereum ETF with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This makes Fidelity the first firm to kick off a busy day for companies aiming to gain approval to list spot Ether ETFs. Fidelity's filing disclosed a $4.7 million seed investment for its ETF but did not include fees. Fidelity also confirmed that the ETF will not include staking. The SEC approved spot Ethereum ETFs in May, but S-1s must be approved for ETFs to hit exchanges for trading. Analysts believe this date could be in early July. 📈
