According to TechFlow, Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terrett announced on Twitter that Kraken's oral argument for the motion to dismiss the SEC's charges will begin today at 1:00 PM EST / 10:00 AM PT.
In addition to Kraken operating as an unregistered exchange and broker-dealer, the SEC also claims that 11 tokens, including $SOL, $ADA, and $ALGO, are securities.
