It might make it a little harder. I think it will push up to 67.3. If there is a surprise and it goes above it, I would wait for 69k. A daily close above 69 will turn the tide. There were 4 returnable areas on the target board in the lower region, 2 of which were taken as of yesterday. Yesterday I warned that a rise of around $2000 might occur. We got that too.
